Well…I can’t say I wasn’t relieved when Kate announced the time cap mid workout. I think I would have finished under 35 minutes, but that was a grind. Thrusters were the worst.

Very tough. Kept scaling down more and more during warm-ups. Must have been a long week because everything was feeling heavy and difficult….
25:30 7×5 reps (95#TH, 205#DL, 53# KS)
The Seven – 6 on the dot w/ 30 min cap . . . scaled HSPU, 45# thruster, almost knee to elbows, 125# DL, 35#KBS, red & blue band pull-ups.
THE 7 – 6 EVEN No time cap thanks Rap for letting me train. Dum bell press 35# 75# thruster 185# DL and 53# KBS strict PU I agree with Dave Tough workout!!
