Wow..that was a challenge. Round 3 is a mental game.
“Imaginary Enemy” – 19:52 Rx (absolutely gassed on box jumps)
“Imaginary Enemy” – 20:2? Rx. ditto on the above. box jumps were a grind. kudos to Scott who came in to do it solo.
“Imaginary Enemy” 20:17 (last round of BJ were SU)
Glad to hear Bill and Zev feel those box jumps as much as I did. Had to finish with step ups that last round…

“Imaginary Enemy” 19:40 (step ups) 26 lbs.. That was a grind… I agree with Bill the last round was a mental game. I had to break down the last set of KBS to sets of 10 to finish. I need to give a BIG thank you Coach KATE….. for showing me a way to keep the KB closer to my body, this allowed me to lift more weight and punch the KB up over head…
“Imaginary Enemy” 23:01 rx
“Imaginary Enemy”: 23:57 Rx
Imaginary? Hell no! The enemy here is REAL and it is PAINFUL!
19:04 Rd and yes box jumps sucked
Imaginary Enemy 20:36 RX
4rft of 300m row, 15 box jumps (24″), 15 kbs (35#) – 14:33. Feeling pretty beat up so scaled the reps down. Smart choice – I was gassed by the time I was done.
“Imaginary Enemy” – 21:15 Rx. AWESOME job 6:30!! That was a tough one!
20:25 RX
Forgot to log the time until now – I think I was still delirious from “Imaginary Enemy”. Yikes, that was hard. 21:43 using 35# KB and the rest Rx. I can’t even imagine having done it with 53# KB!
