Monday – “Murph” during ONE Class at 9am. Plan to be here for an hour and a half. 🙂 You won’t want to miss this one!
“Team Tire Race”
Two teams race to flip a tire 800m
(Men 7 flips, Women 4 flips)
After your flips, run 400m around the course to the back of your team line.

Loved flipping a tire today in the rain. Lucky to be on such a strong team! Both teams stayed strong and did great!
