Down with the sickness – 8:40 135#. Last time, I did 115# in 11:34.
Olympic class, 150# snatch PR, 175# clean and jerk, worked hard on jerk form, ran out of time at 175#.
9:11 DWTS WOD at 115#, should have gone heavier cause all sets were unbroken, but 135# made me feel really gassed out.
FH week 2: 60min running time…wow my legs were gasssssed from yesterday!
