“Turn down for what” 1:21 Rx (only a :32 difference from my first round….long week)
TDFW: slowest :55 and fastest :49 in the last round (35# Russian swings, in & out burpees)
56 – 18# Russian swings, sled push down and back on the turf for burpees –

Did this one at home on my own…rx 58 seconds slowest round, and that was my first round. Reduced each round down to 50 seconds on the last round.
No WOD today (rest day), but couldn’t resist the Oly class. PRed my split jerk at 275#. First time doing the jerk without the clean before it.
