“Burn it to the Ground” 5+10 (2 ab mats for strict HSPUs). Not a shimmering moment in Crossfit history. HOWEVER, major hurdle crossed post-wod. Finally passed 200 on my clean. 205# to be exact (failed at 210#). Making progress. #pursuebetter #lesscookies #deerantler

upset that i had to miss Grace yesterday. but I PR’d my front squat instead. so thats a plus.

Burn to the ground ; 5+3 Rx. Took me a while to find my elbows, had to do quite a bit extra…The strick HSPU’s made it a little different than last time. The strick are officially a goat.

7+1 rx w/strict HSPUs (vs 7+14 w/kipping HSPUs). I’d consider that a PR.

6+21 tried to get a clean 7 but couldn’t. Tougher than I expected especially on knees to elbows.
