17:35 rx. 50, 20 and 10 all unbroken and broke the 40 and 30 up 22-18 and 16-8-6 respectively (set of 30 killed me). glad i had a rabbit in bill and jay, otherwise i probably would’ve kept the same slow pace on the last two runs.

18:40 rx 50, 37/3, 20/10, 20, 10. Lost grip of ball when it didn’t hit the wall on #38 in the round of 40. Then mentally gave in and broke up the round of 30. Bunch of no reps (~6 or so total) also.. Need to get rid of those. Way too much running. Need to get rid of those too.

I saw one of those white oval car stickers today that normally say things like 26.2 or have the initials of a place…this one said “RIS” and underneath that “Running Is Stupid.” I thought of you 🙂
Jeff and I are in Florida until mid-month and we are making do with another CF while we are away…great facility and nice people but of course the coaching just does not compare!
We did a version of the Bergeron Beep Test. OTM 5 thrusters, 5 pullups and 5 burpees for 7 minutes or 7 rounds for time. Oof. Not sure if it was the new environment (which never works well for me) or if it was just a friggin hard workout. I did 5 rounds and Jeff did 6 and they were not OTM for sure! Just didn’t have 7 rounds in me today.
We miss the Colkets. Awesome that you’re keeping it up down there. Hopefully we’ll see you back soon!
Uninvited – 21:40 did 400m row instead of running.
Just did the gymnastics class today (which was great!), which means hooray pull-ups! Also cleaned the basement and all the closets too, so that’s gotta count for something. Not wall balls or running, but functional fitness for sure.
17:24 Rx. Didn’t do as well on the WBs as I had hoped. 35/15,25/15,16/14,20,10. Felt decent on the runs. Dave was right next to me and kept me moving. The pull-up class was great. First time I’ve really felt comfortable with the butterfly.
