“Sad But True”: 10:24 with a mix of singles and doubles. Had one set of 5 DU’s but that was the best. Cash out with some painful 3x30x3 (3 midline exercises, each for 30 seconds with 15 second rest – all repeated 3 times).
Traffic jam on Route 20 made this a small but fun group at 5:30 PM.
