230#. that was much more exhausting then i expected. think i started too heavy and by the 8th minute i felt like i couldnt lift anything anymore. lots of failed 3rd reps after that.
195# Agree with Jason, too much too soon and was gassed. Hit 195# in round 8, could only get one rep at 205# in round 9 then 135# last three rounds. Not sure how 5:30 gets after these wods day in and day out! Great work!

85# – I think that might be a PR for me. When I get it right it feels (almost) easy – but I don’t seem to get it right very often – so hopefully this means that it is more of a form thing than a weight thing and once I get the movement better the weight will go up . . .

Power Clean: 165# (failed on the 3rd of 3 lifts at 175# 4 times… heartbreaking). 175# was a 1RM PR for power clean, as was the 185# single that I did to close it out. Need to get better with the mechanics, or else I’ll be locked into squat cleans forever.
Finished with 4 rounds: 15 Wallballs, 10 GHD, 5 Strict HSPUs. Didn’t time it.
Nantucket Crossfit: DU work. Then rowing WOD of 250 meters each minute for 10 rounds. One minute rest between rounds. 5 Burpee penalty if you failed to make the 250 in a minute. No burpees for me!!! Since I hate burpees more then rowing there was incentive to die on the rower.
Great WOD! Love the penalty aspect…
can’t make it in to DCF today, so I attempted this WOD at the gym next to my office at lunchtime. Got up to 95# on the cleans before I felt like I may drop the bar, so I stayed at 95# for the rest of the sets so I wouldn’t be asked to leave…

185# Failed it twice but finally hit in on the third try! Those minute rests seemed to fly by. Needed to trust myself a bit more and might have hit 185 earlier and could’ve tried 195. Awesome noon class as always!
