“Trouble Maker” 9:48 15# DB KPPU- fast singles… On the fourth round I kipped very aggressively and pulled down on the bar- I think I did 1-ONE C2B.. Then went home to my pull bar and did the same thing!! I have 2-two C2B 🙂

Trouble Maker: 11:22 (scrwed up my round count which added a lot to my overall time). 10# DB’s (could have done more but that was the heavies avail without going too heavy. Banded pull ups.
Was hoping for a performance bump bc of my new Nano’s but it didn’t happen…probably bc I bought them on sale.
That’s hilarious because I was blaming my new kicks too!

Tried a whole bunch of stuff but the head was having none of it. Airdyne some intervals – 5 rounds of 5 calories and rest the same amount of time. Finished in 5:37.
