Marching On: 13:56 (I think) w/ 205#, row for run. slowly working legs back to shape. could have pushed harder on the deadlifts but form felt good.

Marching On: 15:29 115# – not enough breakfast prior to the workout…the 3rd 400 was sluggish…and here I thought I learned my lesson about eating before working out – jeez louise
