152 reps rx. (8 reps into the round of 18s). very slight regression from the c2b/burpee workout we did a couple weeks ago (which was 150 reps in 9:43).
115 reps rx. (14 rounds +3)

“Rewind” – 119 (if I did that math correctly – I did 14 + 7) with C2B using red band.
“Rewind”: 113 reps (14+1). Kipping CTBs another goal. I strung three or four together at some point but it was fleeting.

C2B Pull-ups are coming along nicely. Able to hang on for larger sets towards the end. Still long way to go, but it’s progress.
