Funny… a bunch of us had a handful of box no reps. Just from pushing the pace on this, we lost our balance getting to the top.

Legs were a bit skeptical the first two rounds, but woke up as the Wod went on. I was able to pick up the pace. Can’t wait to do this one fresh!

Got in mid-day to find my 1RM front squat (to prepare for a squat cycle): 135#. Happy with that because it’s been my goal for a clean for a while, and now I know it’s attainable if I could just be brave enough to get under the bar to catch it. Having said, that, not sure if I will do the squat cycle after all…should probably work on being not being so slow first.
