There are a few spots left for my Paleo 101 class on Thursday from 11:30 – 1:30. We are going to talk about how the food you eat affects your hormones, emotional eating and sugar cravings. We will also make some basic paleo staple recipes and turn them into lunch. Let me know if you would like more info — Jen L.
