3:19 on the row, 45 dumbell push presses at 45# for the tabata. i think i wouldve preferred the thrusters.
on another note, for the first time in 6 months i can fully straighten my knee, full extension. who knew rest could help so much. well worth the frustration of modifying everything and skipping half the warm ups!
