Blame: 6:47 85# GDH dips (5,5,singles; 8,2,singles; 8,2,singles) Second round felt much better than first.
Cash out: 23 cal
Did not put the bar down on HPC’s. Went 3(5,5,5) on GHD dips.
Blame – 6:09 115# (unbroken, 11/4, 9/6). went light to work on not bending my arms too early. last set of dips took me over a minute – need to work on those.
4:46 rx. ring dips are third on my list of goats, and they sucked more than normal today. cleans went unbroken first two rounds, then 9/6 the last round.
that was the worst, or the best (or both?), cashout ever.

Blame: 8:58 started @75# 1st rnd, dropped to 65# for 2&3, footed RD + 1200 m pre-WOD run, 22 (?) cal cash out…burning lungs after. Mel, thank you for your calming ways! I was feeling @1/2 strength and had very limited emotional focus to push through the WOD. Your “pat on the back” and empathatic encouragement was a huge lift! Thank you!
