used what I learned in rowing class yesterday and tried to keep my spins 24-26. It was kind of hard. Must work at it. At about 400m I just wanted them to be over so just went for it. Partner needed the rower too.

9:36 RX (4 lbs over to be exact) Weighed in at 151 today, did it at 155. Pretty happy with this. Rowed between 1:50 and 1:54 or so. All deads were unbroken. Stepped up through the whole WOD

I could not have moved any faster on this today. This is not an all time PR (11:36) but it tells me a lot from how far I’ve come the last few months. I did this WOD maybe about 4 weeks after having Keegan. I couldn’t do BW at the time, so I did 165# and I was some where in the 17min range (& I nearly died)… so 6 months later, 20+ lbs lighter and 5 min faster – I’ll take it.
9:23 -Fat Christine @ 205lb and all step-ups
16:55 @ 125lb + step ups.
