“I’m (Not) In The House”: 21:13 Rx. DUs weren’t with me today, which added a lot of time to each round. Wanted to get through all 5 rounds of OHS unbroken, but lost balance with 5 left in the last set. Rope climbs are coming along.
I’m in the house – 19:11 RX. So happy to do all ohs unbroken. A little back up on the ropes, but it’s so great to have so many people in the early am classes!!! Great job everyone.

13:01 rx. Straight OHS. Standing start rope climbs. Dubs were inconsistent. Gotta work those more.
I’m In The House: 22:53 35# OHS all straight sets – felt good! Will go 40 or 45# next time! My wrists and achilles were not playing well with each other today. SA-LOOOOOW DU’s. I think the first round may have taken 3-4min…rar! Rope climbs from seated position start.
Fun Fact – My approximate VO2 max is 53ml/kg/min as measured by the cycle ergometer today. Interesting data to have!
