Into the Void: Did stuff for 15min…Erica and I rocked the house 😉
Here is what I can recall of the brain fart mess: 4 tire flips, 10 WL and ~150m short of 4rds – started at FC.
70#, 25# (3×10 WL; 1×20; added 1×20 to make up for two of three rds of 10 – still needed 10 more), 3x~150m run (2×20#medball, 1xsandbag, 1x200m 20#medball)

Love this WOD! Into the void 4 rounds Rx. Doubled up with yesterday’s WOD 12:47 70#, 50 DU’s.
Into the Void: 3 rounds + Tire Flips, Farmers Carry and 10 OH Lunges. Temp at 5:30am: 20degrees with a real feel of 5. If you later folks got to flip a tire NOT filled with water and ice, you have the 5:30 crew to thank. This was hella fun, though. Should have added sledge hammer strikes as well.

made it DCF to start my 12 week Squat program… Time for warm soup and back to bed…

3 rounds + tire, farm carry, lunges and 15 seconds into run. Fun! Nothing like carying 100# dumbells with cold fingers.
Into the void – all I want for Christmas is to learn how to count…. I did stuff for 15:17. 70# farmer, 25lb oh lunge (did a weird rep scheme secondary to inability to count), icy tire flips and sand bag running, which I sandbagged bc AK and I created our own 200m. It was fun though! Even at 19 windy degrees!
I love how I knew that the 200m was around a manhole…just the WRONG one! I’m blaming this mornings rep counting issues on brain freeze ❄️

3 and a half rounds. walked some of the 200m each round because running with things hurts my knee. probably wont be doing that again in the future.

Modified to 500m row, farmers carry (with 35# kettlebells), overhead lunges (with 10# plate) – 3 rounds plus 370m. Nice to see the 5:30 crew. I’ve missed you all.
Into the void – 3 rds plus farmer carries and overhead lunges. 70# kettlebells for the carries, 25# lunges. I think I could have gone heavier on the lunges but with arm pain all week I didn’t want to push too much. Fun workout – I love that kind of stuff.
4 rounds rx. Did runs with 45# plate. Hoppin’ 5:30p today!
