My arms gave out at 40 push presses, fought to finish with 30s for everything else. Can’t wait to try this one again and compare.

Dirty 30 (instead of Filthy 50) 22:03 – Box Jumps with 45# and 25# plates, 6# WB, 18# KB, split up knees to elbows, did 15 during workout, the other 15 at the end, 15# for push presses and good mornings, 60 SU
Filthy Fifty: 29:04 Step ups, 35# RKBS (straight set), Knees to “wherever the went above waist level” (grip and shoulders – shaky), 14# WB 10′ (5 no reps)…my delts were like – “ARE YOU KIDDIN’ ME?! We are SAMOOOOKED!”
5/5/14: 23:02 did jump ups, RKBS @ 35#, Ab mat sit ups for K2E, 35# Push Press, GHD back extensions and 14# to 9′
Not really sure how to compare to my last FF, but I got fitter today. I’m pretty confident I counted to 50 correctly for EACH skill too – that’s a victory in and of itself! (Right Erica!?) 🙂
Filthy Fifty – 35:52 rx – my first time doing this at rx weight and in the right order and it damn near killed me. holy crap. I guess there is only going up from here. Happy to say that every single time I touched my knees to elbows and I officially hate the 20# wall ball…
Filthy Fifty- 26:10 20″ box jumps, 14# WB and my knees for sure didn’t hit my elbows on all reps. First time doing this WOD and it was a doozy! First time I did DU’s in a WOD so that’s an upside :). Next time RX!

Filthy 50: 29:32 10# WB, 20# KB, 15# PP & GM, 20″ box – was going for the completetion more than the weight. It wasn’t pretty but I did it! Did the dirty 30 last time this WOD came up and didn’t finish, so I consider tonight a PR! YaHoo! Thanks for the final encouragement Sam – wouldn’t have pushed to finish had you not given me a shout out!! Oh + 1600 m pre-WOD run…

20:34 rx. Did this a day later. ~15 seconds off my PR but happy with this as I battle back from a chest cold.
