Open Field: Started yesterday breaking a snow shoe trail in a local field..30 minutes in and I was cooked…sinking 12″ each step…heading back out shortly for 60 minutes of snow shoe fun…and anyone with kids or adults that want to drive, there is an amazing sledding hill up the street from me…just saying, maybe we should have a dcf sledding throw down!

Lourdes. Kevin and I were just talking about getting/or trying snowshoeing before I read your post. We’ve never done it but it sounds fun. Let you know if we get some!
Another VT WOD – 10 rounds of 10 WB thursters (14#), 10 HPC (20# DBs), 20 Walking lunge steps with a 25 lb plate overhead and then tabata sit ups. Just googled the closest CF gym wondering why I hadn’t done that before. Now I know – it is 40 minutes away.

Really intense workout. had trouble walking in the snow after this one!
Nutts: 19:44 rx. First time with this hero. We made it extra fun with the 400m plate carry on the ice rink. Nice job to all the open gymers who took a shot at this.
