14.5 – 14:52 RX. Beyond fired up with this. Did it in 16:37 last year. Thrusters felt one hundred percent better and burpees were done at a more consistent pace. #pursuebetter

Did this on my own last week… 15:38 rx. Today I Tried to hit a 205# snatch but kept failing after successfully catching in the squat snatch. Although I couldnt hit the snatch I decided id just go for a 205 overhead squat. ..which is a pr.

A little chipper practice with Schuh-ster for this weekend’s competition.
Then a little 14.5: 17:27 rx (2+ mins off PR but felt good to move today). Coach Clarke just lit this one up. Fun to watch her during all my rest.
Just finished working out at Leiftime Crossfit in AZ- first visit to another box. Great workout, but makes me appreciate the awesome instruction and facility at Daybreak!
