“Where it’s At” – 7:32 @ 95#. Went lighter (smarter) due to overhead shoulder pain. But, at that weight it was a really fast really fun workout. Neck and neck with Maria throughout. Thanks for the push.
Finished up with 10 Min EMOTM ascending cleans with Russ. 165 -> 205

Rap suggested that I try to use 115# and do touch and go. I need to get out of my comfort zone and start hanging onto the bar with heavier weight. Great suggestion as I was able to do more than I had anticipated. Sets went 6,4 / 5,3 / 6 / 4 / 2. All sit ups unbroken.

Endurance WOD part 1: No clue on time but did 800m for my first run. Thought it was 200 around the building for some strange reason. .
Where it’s at- 7:58 with 95#. Felt better overhead than the OH Squats last week. Hopefully getting shoulder back to health.
Where it’s at — done with 115# power cleans instead of snatches and ghdsu — 9:32 — yay for getting to use a barbell!!
15.2 repeat. 187. Done at manchester barbell club with video. 13 rep improvement.
