Dubs were awful on first set. I think it took me 6 screw ups to get thru it. That WOD was way more of a grind than I anticipated. K2E are so much worse than T2B.

11:52 rx – 12:30 got the option to run a 400 instead of the row, which I naturally chose to do 🙂 It was definitely a bit shorter with all of the snow still on the ground, but it felt amazing to run again. Awesome 12:30 class today!

14:47 – sit ups for K2E and 60 DU on rounds 2-3 since I couldn’t hit a DU to save my life. Seriously time to order my own rope…thanks for letting me crash the 4:30 bro club – I was definitely pushing to keep up!

Unspoiled perfection – 19:28 with DU attempts
20:48. DU attempts but they weren’t there. I couldn’t have strung them with a gun to my head today — I felt like I completely forgot how do them. Rope climbs 1st 2 rounds then RRs for last round. All around poor workout for me today — if I’m going to take a positive from it, my rowing splits were good. And I showed up and finished.
Yep! Sometimes that’s all there is…you showed up! You moved your body! You finished! Nice job Eric. You can crush it next time!
