15.4 – 56 rx. Hspu standards definitely spiced this up! Thanks to Matt for being a good judge and holding me accountable! Not my best, but gained some key insights for the re-test. Break up the hspu’s more than you think you have to. When they go, they GO! Really looking forward to hitting this again with a new plan! Good to be back with my daybreak crew!

15.4 – 51 Rx
Definitely a re-do on Monday. The standards for the HSPU forced me closer to the wall than I am used to. Felt better as WOD went on. Cleans just weren’t what they should be and can be faster. I want to get into the 60’s and will do it on Monday.

It was great to watch you…so cool. Three months into doing CF, I couldn’t clean 65# let alone get it over my head 10 times. You are making progress by leaps and bounds!
