Really starting to get these strict hspu down. They took me about half my total time.
15:38 – 1 ab mat, HSPU have come a long way but still taking time in this one.

Do 3 reps on the :30 for 5 minutes. If/when you can complete all rounds, add 1 rep the following week. Work up to 7 reps every :30.
Invincible – 13:20 with 10 strict CTB each rounds and 1 AB with Strict HSPU

Glad to be doing unassisted kipping pull-ups again — felt great! Hopefully I’ll be stringing them again soon as I get more confident in my right arm.
