3+21 rx done at manchester barbell club (couldn’t wake up for 530am after game of thrones). before the wod I went for a heavy 3 rep power snatch and settled at 165#. And then did 1 rep power snatch at 150# every 30 seconds for 10 minutes

2+45 (65#, DUA in 1st 2 rds, SU in last rd). Should have gotten thru 3 but had to waste about 30-45 sec in the middle taping my thumbs when i started to blister. Fun wod – 1st one with coach andrew.
15 #45 Snatches, 10 burpees, 10 20# ball slams. 2 + 8.
2+15 (I think) with 55# and 5 ball slams 30# for DUs. That was truly awful.
