I did alternating TTB/KU, maintaining the kip. All sets of unbroken 10 except for one set of 7/3. Those felt pretty good — better than usual.A little bummed not to go heavier on the jerks than when we did this months ago, but I’m sore from the last few days so it was probably a good idea to stay lighter and work on staying off my toes. Hell of a job by Chris picking up the whole last 12!
