The Marathon Sports Weston 5 Miler is Tomorrow, Thursday July, 16th at 7p. All members are encouraged to sign up. We will meet by the start line at Weston High School at 6:45p. Post race we will head to The Local (Wayland) for some libations. Every is welcome! No Barbell Class that night.

6 rounds even in 20:15. Just did 15# bar as my legs were KILLING me from yesterday, which was my first workout in over 2 weeks. Also did 15 ball slams for DUs.

“All Over Again” – not sure on times they are on the board. most in the mid 1:20s with one round at 1:14 and one at 1:30 something. Happy to do this Rx and actually run. Will see if I can walk tomorrow. Thx for all the support 5:30am. Great crew.
