“Air Force”: 11:56 Rx. Had every intention of pulling weight off for the OHS but did not have the energy to do so and went for it. They were not pretty.
11:40. 50#. 35# for OHS and forgot to go to my other bar and used 35# for FS too. Felt like I was constantly putting the bar down for burpees, which easily took 30 seconds of each minute.

Once in a while, a WOD makes me feel bad about myself. And this was it. It took me about 14 minutes. Did everything at 25# except the push jerks at #35. I did 2 burpees then waited till the end of the workout to do a handful more. Just unpleasant for me.
