3:45 3 AbMats + 10#plate/7:46 RedBand RD/3:03 SU – finally got a feel for the “bounce” PU – made them so much easier and faster – (could only do sets of 2-3/time but arms weren’t as smoked) Congrats to Nicole and Eddie! They pushed hard and I am in admiration that they did all their WODs in the sand and in the scorching sun! Burpees over a paralett bar in the sand…wow!

19:20/5:50/3:10 rx – strict hspus are a huge goat for me. Really happy with myself for finishing them even if it did almost take 20 minutes. Last two wods felt great!
