1) This is the last week to fill out our DAYBREAK MEMBER SURVEY! Let us know if you haven’t received the link to the survey.
2) We’ve had several inquiries regarding KIDS & TEENS working out with the adult classes. Our policy is as follows: For your child’s safety, and for the safety of our members, children below the age of 17 are not permitted to exercise with the adult classes unless given explicit permission to do so by our coaches. We love that you’re sharing fitness with your family, but it is difficult to give most kids and teens the attention they often require during adult classes, especially when they are new to CrossFit.
So, if you’re looking to give your child some CrossFit experience, you have a few options:
- If they are between 12-17, they may either (a) join our Teens Classes Monday through Friday from 4:30-5:30p, or (b) find some time with one of our coaches at a private- or semi-private training session. And remember that adult members may workout alongside their teen!
- If your child is below the age of 12, they may work with one of our coaches at a private or semi-private session.
Only then will they be able to gain the necessary experience and let us assess their ability to integrate with other classes. Please reach out to us if you have any questions: [email protected]

Blood Stream – @ 25:00 cap, had completed 5 rounds + 10 double under attempts + 10 calorie row (did 10 double under attempts and knees up)
6 rounds + 10 knee ups
Knee ups on all rounds but finally got the swinging motion right and got 10-15 DUs at a time except for the 6th round.
Big sets of double unders, sweet!

“Blood Stream” 6 rounds at time cap, 10 DUs per round, 10 KUs which felt better today
21:10 Rxish (i no repped myself on a few of the TTBs). unbroken on 4 of the 7 sets of dubs which is groundbreaking. also did actual sets of TTBs the whole way through instead of singles. of the 70 i think only 6 were singles – also groundbreaking.
Definitely saw the DUs happening over your way this AM. Nice work, and great push for me to go as unbroken as possible.
22:28 Rx. First 5 rounds I broke the ttb 6/4, but went straight on the last 2 rounds (probably could have done this from the start).

26:14, 6 rounds. This was a rough one for me. Spent way too much time on the rope. 10 dua, except round 6 did 60 singles. TTB singles, but got them all. Small 9:30, sounds like everyone got up early today!
23:30 Rx – all TTB unbroken, 1of 7 DUs unbroken, but this was the slow spot, they went downhill as the rounds piled up. Tough one, i never saw it coming.

26:03 with 15 DUA. Alternated TTB and KU to maintain kip. All KU in round 7 when I was pretty much cooked — wish I could have dug deeper for a stronger effort at the end. Rowing killed me.
Finished all 7 rounds at 26:03. Did 15 dubs every round (single double single) trying to work on grip and Kip so did knees to elbows and toes to bar
