Row 6 x 2 min on, 1 minute off – 3,268m total
20:15. dua, pushups with dumbell. Got a few good strings of du but pushups took absolutely forever.
2/3 of endurance wod after. (4/6 rounds)

20:33 and a bunch of whip marks from my DUs. .. 50, 40, 30 ,20 HS shifts, and the 10 feet walk was interesting to try… got a few feet…. DUs are still a major Achilles heel for me… thanks for the great encouragement Mel!!!!
No Annie for me, instead – 3x1k row, 5 x 20 weighted sit-ups with 20#, 4 x 10 push-ups.

12:02 — dubs and attempts (cut the reps in half but hit about 75 percent of them so I probably should have gone for the full sets); HSW to wall. Loved this WOD.
