17:38. 105#. 6 MUAT then switched to MUT s from the bench bc not happening. Did one MU in warm up so not completely gone but much harder than last time.

21:59 – 85/85/95 – scaled weight a lot. Huge volume of MU for me, most I have done in a wod.
Hatch Day 4
Showed up today. Wasn’t in it mentally. Lots of good changes happening but the transition that goes around it got the best of me today. Gotta have those days though I think.
Back at it tomorrow. 🙂
18:43 [175/155] did 3 reps at 175# then failed a couple and dropped the weight for the remainder. i think that was a PR for a squat clean so it was an aggressive start.
note for me: keep squatting.

Cleans looked great tonight Eric!
Didn’t really do this wod. But got a great workout.
Did 12/9/6 squat cleans @ 195# and then an assortment of BMU fails and MU transitions. Hit 1RM PR Squat clean @ 225# in warm up.
18:57 rx – big win getting this done at 225!
16:00 135#, assisted PUs (lat injured so no body weight pull ups) and bench dips.
14:11 55#, blue band kipping pull ups and bench dips.

10:18 115# Front Squats from the rig, RingRows w/bench and dips from bench
Finished 4 cleans of the round of 6. 130# and bar muscle ups. Did the first 3 reps at 135#, but it’s my 1RM and I had to drop 5#
