Really struggled w/ the HS walks today. Took 2 nasty spills and just couldn’t string good lengths together.
5+46rx. Backwards handstand shuffle for hs walk.
5+15. 15 DUA/15 TTBA/3 HSWTWA. Finally got the rhythm of the TtB and even got the toes to the bar a few times.
5+8 with 3 hand stand walks to wall. Did all 30 DUB each rounds but with single jumps in between each one!

great fun watching mel and rap walk by on their hands over and over.
3 rounds w/ GHD’s for toes to bar then had to switch it up because my back tightened up. Finished with 4 rounds of 30 double unders, 15 sit-ups, and 10 calories on the bike.
