First time ever hitting 300 on the back squat. Huge win for me. 3.5 years ago, squatting below parallel with just body weight was a pipe dream (Michele can tell you ?)
Off PR on the press by 5#.
Calling the deadlift a PR at 315# given that this one had good form and was Mel approved. Anything I’ve done before this, any heavier, was definitely an accident waiting to happen.
