7+1 rx. did a muscle up to get up for the ring dips (7th round i broke and had to do an extra muscle up. gross). intended to go strict on all my rings dips but had to kip 4 of them in the last 2 rounds

Big PR on this one. Last time we did it in July 2014, I made it thru 5 + 12 @ 115#. Was 6 reps behind my pace on that one but 20# heavier. I’ll take that.
Snatches were a struggle but got better as WOD went on. Was able to link almost all 3 together except for a few failed here and there where I had to do a single or double.

7+3 — 55#, red band ring dips. Went banded for a sore elbow. Light weight on the snatches but it felt like an accomplishment because the squat snatch is the hardest movement for me of all. Sets of 5/4 on TTB before dropping to singles in rd 7

5+11 (115#). Snatches were for the most part really ugly. Failed at least five which added some time. 20# heavier than last time though. Unbroken on first three sets of TTB and then 5/4, 6/3, 2
