THE OPEN IS COMING!
We will be talking more about this in class, but the CrossFit Games 2016 OPEN is upon us and registration is live! We’ve dedicated a webpage to The Open… what it is, why you should sign up, and how it all goes down. It’s a really special time of year for CrossFitters and you DO NOT have to be a full-time, professinal athlete to compete. Seriously, this is for members of all ages an abilities. They have divisions that include TEENS, SCALED, and MASTERS (40-45, 45-50, 50-55, 55-60, 60+)… so EVERYONE can participate.
To learn more head on over to our permanent DAYBREAK TEAM page at: http://daybreakcrossfit.com/team. You can also click on GAMES logo which will be on the right sidebar of our daily WOD/News page. ===>
