Aruba workouts:
Sun – “ran” 3.5mi and had to stop TWICE
Mon – ran about 2 mi then did hill repeats x10
Tues – 5 Rd (not for time)

95 45#/MUTs from floor. OHS SO challenging. Empty bar made burpees a little easier.
100 w/ 85# OHS. first time OHS since Oct.
MUs mostly sets of 2, they were tough after the other stuff.
I also want to note that I doubt I would have made it to MUs w/ 120# overhead. Definitely my weakness along with Snatches, both on my goals for 16.

95 55# – back feeling tight today so did lighter weight front squat. Strict pull-ups.

96 (counting 1/2 pt for PU and Dips) 75# too hard to get the 85# snatch up today and my squats are sketchy at best still. 2016Goals.
Finished the row last night with an ultimate fighter marathon.
115 reps. Elbow was hurting on Mu so after failing a few switched it up to a set of chest to bars.
