This is the 3rd clinic of our #3GoalsToBetter challenge. Next Sunday, March 13th from 9-10a, we will teach you how to ready your body for your WODs, how to repair it after workouts and how to increase all around flexibility. We are going to host an impromptu Open 16.2 Open Gym from 6:30-7:30a Monday morning. No formal class, but we’ll have a few folks doing the WOD again. - Daybreak Dedicated!

24:21 with 205# and 30 attempted shoulder taps. Super happy with the deadlifts! Super annoyed with myself for dropping the last one from the top. Handstand shifts/lifts/taps were a lot harder than I expected. Did I mention how happy I was with the deadlifts? They felt great.
