  • #3GoalsToBetter Clinic: MOBILITY!
    This is the 3rd clinic of our #3GoalsToBetter challenge. Next Sunday, March 13th from 9-10a, we will teach you how to ready your body for your WODs, how to repair it after workouts and how to increase all around flexibility. This is a members-only clinic that is free to all Daybreakers. No sign up is necessary!
  • Schedule Change: NO WEDNESDAY YOGA
    We are working on some upcoming schedule changes to our class line-up based on attendance trends, so stay tuned for a schedule refresh heading into the Spring!
  • 16.2 Redo:
    We are going to host an impromptu Open 16.2 Open Gym from 6:30-7:30a Monday morning. No formal class, but we’ll have a few folks doing the WOD again.
  • Daybreak Dedicated!
    February winners announced for their dedication to getting fit! Kathy and first-time winners, Brett and Nicole win the honors along with front row parking. Congrats to all who find the time in their busy lives to get their butts in those Daybreak doors.
