BS 165#- did 175 and 180# using my hands on my thighs on the way up. I have NO idea how or why that happened. I’ve never done that before. 180# ties my PR, but using your hands on your thighs is for sure a no rep.. Considering the amount of squatting I’ve done since August, I will happily take this.
Press- 100# – 3lb pr
DL – 185# (40lb under PR, yeah wasn’t happening today).
