175# back squat. Failed 185# twice and called it a day. Pinched something in my pec during warm-ups which made moving my right arm painful so did 3 sets of 10 GHDs and 10 back extensions. Then the GHD machine tried to kill me by letting loose and landing me on my head on the ground. ?
