— more than 3 mins off PR, but felt pretty good through the rounds.
Trying to put some of these scores in context. I have a feeling when we did this back in 2015, Daybreakers were allowed (as were CrossFit Games athletes that year) to use hands to push off the knees on the air squats. The standards have changed for us and the Games to no hands since then, so I’m assuming that counted for generally slower times. Don’t think this matters other than to add context to those who keep track of times as evidence of their improved fitness!

-Round 1 20 strict PU with blue and purple bands. Rounds 2-4 10 strict PU with same bands. Round 5 5 strict PU with same bands and 5 RR (ripped hand)
-Leg lifts instead of sit ups
In hind sight probably should have scaled push ups. Things always seem so optimistic at the beginning.
Also the PU were from knees.
