Frustrated I am needing total modifications, but kudos to Mel for always making them still be a killer WOD.

95 – need to treat the lighter weights with the same intensity as heavier lifts
135 – had to do an extra snatch b/c I didn’t get low enough (thanks for letting me know and staying on me, Erica!)
155 – hand tore in the second round. Pissed!
175 – failed 2 reps in the first round and called it with just under 3 minutes left. Too tired.

Got to Round 3 2 reps of 95# – hands ripped last round of 75# so switched to RR – single pull-ups prior to that
Got into 3 set of round 3@95# having completed 2 reps by time cap
Omg! For the record cause I seem to have lost the ability to think – 10 reps at 95#, Master standard called for Pull-Ups

Got under the bar multiple times at 135, but couldn’t get up, shoulder was burnt toast and weight was too far forward… AWESOME coaching by Jackson, really made the 115 reps easier… Didn’t translate to 135, I was exhausted… Hands feel like hamburger…
