Rough AM.
2+2 with mods — 65# thrusters, burpees/ring rows instead of burpee pullups, and had to stop DUs and switch to ball slams after 30 in rd 1 because of throbbing shins and calves. Physically a mess today but as always, glad I showed up.

At cap, 2 rounds except SU-SU-DU/DUAs so did those after. Each round 20 burpees, 20 banded PUs (10 RB/10BB, 20 BB), 55# thrusters. 15 SU-SU-DU/DUAs.
Last time 2 rounds + 12 w/low bar, 45#, SUs
2+20 BPU to a bar at fingertip height. First 10 reps were to a bar about 4 inches above fingers. The whole thing was just brutal.
