WOD Guidance & Goal: Choose a snatch weight slightly lighter than yesterday’s first weight. You should be able to do 2 consecutive reps. The deadlifts will feel light. If you were fresh the cleans could be done unbroken. Aim to complete each couplet between 4-7 minutes.

Singles on CTB, first 3 rounds at 95#, second two rounds at 85# and last round at 95#. I TOTALLY quit in the middle when I dropped it to 85. I’m glad I put the weight back on but I quit. I’m a quitter.
