Pull Ups – Sets of 5 with very short rest (:03-:05). I think I finished these about 6:30 or so.
Wall Balls – Tried for bigger sets, again with minimal rest. 35,15,13,12,15,10. Next time, try to hold 15’s after that initial burst.

wall balls sets of 10 (a first – usually I get one good set of 15 or so then 5s and down to 3s, so pretty happy with this)
my notes – next time try back rig where you can jump from the floor and don’t need to step on the bench each time – to see if there is a difference.
