I’m not sure if this will help you – but there was a period of time where I literally wrapped myself in a red band (fold the band in half) to keep my arms from creeping up. I looked like an idiot (gave the class a good laugh) but it really helped! Getting the rope started was a bit tough. Remind me and I can show you tomorrow or next time.
