“Electricity”
On the 3 Minute for 21 Minutes
400 Meter Run
2 x (Hang Power Clean + Power Clean (185/135))

WOD Guidance & Goal: xThere is a built in rest to this workout. The run should take around 2 minutes. And the lifts should take :2-:30. Choose a weight that you can complete the 4 barbell movements consecutively while fresh. During the workout you may break up the 2 sets.

    I loved this one!
    weight felt heavy in the warm-up so I stayed but after a few rounds realized prob could have gone heavier – next time (I’d love to try this in the late fall when sweaty hands and slippery bars aren’t a problem 🙂 – so muggy!!)

      This was a great, tough WOD.
      The results I’m even more proud of though are making chocolate pancakes for my kids (breakfast for dinner) and somehow not popping a single chocolate chip into my mouth 😳 I feel superhuman.
