Huge PR. All muscle ups started fully locked out. Biggest score in the past was 7 and I’m sure that my MU weren’t fully locked out at the start.

First time attempting and doing BMU’s since my shoulder injury! I got about 10/21.
2 ab mats was a bit too much but was afraid of pushing the shoulder. Next time use a plate instead of 2nd ab mat.
